Sometimes, success isn’t enough. My client, who had built a solid career, realized something important was missing. Last week, he came back to coaching because he needed to find what really mattered to him—his purpose.

Why It Matters:

In the world of skilled labor, hard work and results are expected. But what happens when the daily grind no longer feels rewarding? My client had reached this point. Despite all he had achieved, he felt empty and began to question why he was doing it all.

This is a common feeling for many leaders in hands-on jobs. They work hard, often under tough conditions, and have built careers and companies they are proud of. But when the excitement fades, they start asking deeper questions: “Why am I doing this? What’s the point?”

For my client, the answer was simple: he needed to find his purpose again.

Imagine waking up with a clear reason for why you do what you do. When you know your purpose, every choice and challenge becomes part of a bigger plan. It’s what helps you keep going when things get tough and what makes the good times even better.

My client and I spent time reflecting on what truly drives him. I asked about his values, what he wants from life, and how he wants to be remembered. These are not easy questions, but they are the ones that matter most.

Through this process, my client will find new energy. He’ll start to see his future in a different light—not just as a series of tasks, but as a meaningful path he is excited to walk down.

Are you ready to find your purpose too?

You don’t have to wait until you hit a rough patch to start asking the important questions. Whether you’re new to your role or have been at it for years, now is the perfect time to think about what truly matters.

Take a moment to reflect on your own life. What gets you out of bed in the morning? What values guide your choices? How do you measure success? These are the questions that can help you find the meaning behind your work.

And remember, you don’t have to do it alone. My coaching program is here to help you find your purpose and align it with your goals. Together, we can create a plan that makes sense for you.

Let’s work on this together. The next chapter of your life can be the most rewarding yet—not just in terms of success, but in finding what really matters to you.
